Build And Tuning

1. Work Order

Review the Work Order and Build Notes.
Ensure proper documentation for traceability.
Match and tag all component Serial Numbers with the Order ID.

2. Product Preparation

Remove protective films from all parts.
Assemble core components (CPU, Motherboard, RAM).
Test Power Supply for correct voltage levels under varying loads and conditions.

3. Open Bench Testing

Power-on check with Motherboard, CPU, and RAM.
Update System BIOS if required.
Verify CPU frequency and Memory settings (XMP/EXPO).
